How this guy can hit 3 times like that? he is not using Last Rites or Asperigillum, so he should be hitting only 2 times…

Bonus elemental damage produce an additional damage instance for normal attacks.
In his case Sacrament (priest skill) gives holy property attack. And the cafrisun set (4pcs) gives 12 earth property attack. Thus adding 2 additional damage instances to the normal attack (making a total of 3 hits).
Fun fact: The additional holy and earth property attacks, being separate damage instances, procs the bonus damage from the blessing skill.

The normal Auto Attack.

Cafrisun Set adding another row of atk to the auto attack.

Sacrament adding another row of atk to the auto attack.

In total 3 hits per auto attack.
