Can someone explain about how gold froster lord card on card effect?

been trying to read n check if there is someone who already ask/explained but found none so far<

I don’t understand the explanation on reducing minimum damage to maximum damage? When I checked on grimoire, there is no minimum or maximum attack.

Is this card worth to use for sorc or?

Yes, it worth it because it reduce the rng window during damage calculation.
I never check the actual damage formula for summon so if someone can posted it here, it will be great.
