Can Shinobi clone use skills?

as described in titile, can shinobi clone use skills? like double assault? or any other class skill like highlander cross slash skyliner etc, or doppel’s spinning attack, and it is frenzy affect clone attack speed as well? WHy is everyone saying murmillo shinobi is meta? can someone provide me a link… cause im just gone back to savior…

All swordsman skills (bash, thrust, Pommel beat, double slash)
Peltasta Umbo Blow, Rim Blow
Highlander Crown and Moullinet
Hoplita Synchro Thrusting
Rodelero Shield Bash and Shotting Stars
Shinobi Kunai.
