Bug Description :
Just got unban today and bought 2*990 TP from Steam shop. TP appear in the Game but when I click USE and YES nothing happen. Try this about 2 hours but still can not receive TP. Please Help

same happened here, ticket is also open and waiting for response.
i could redeem one pack, the 2nd is unclaimable for me.

@STAFF_Ines maybe a helpdesk-service which actually reads the tickets would be nice. If we did that to our customers with our tickets, they would be gone in an instant.
Yes. I bought 2 of them at once via steam.
But I can not retrieve any TP. One not appear and another can not be retrieved.
And IMC don’t answer my ticket or have any solutions for me.
7 Hours since I purchased them… 7 Hours…

known issue if you bought 2 of the same TP-packs.
very hard to make IMC know what happen.
3-4 posts in forrum an 3 tickets sent finally they aware this bug.
