One of the little trick that worked for a while for this issue was to go on another server on a character, move around a bit there (like 30s), then go back to your original server and it “fixed” the 100 queue error.
It used to work perfectly a few months ago when this issue was more common, but since I haven’t had it since then I can’t say it’ll work definitely for you nowadays.
