Hey @xsmoke.lujitoo, You can send messages to staff members about your inquiry, but it may be better to use a support ticket in regards to transferring; i’m not actually sure it’s available anymore but asking never harmed anybody!

Transfer is no longer available until Paid Transfer is added to the game (answer from support to one of my friends).
