Well I guess low to medium settings will do it. I’m using a laptop with pretty similar specs as yours so I feel your pain

I don’t mind low settings but will it run at 60fps?
I’m not sure about the spec. The RAM is fine, but the GPU quality and the processor’s speed will be a problem later on.
30-40 fps maybe possible, but 60 fps? Nah I don’t think so. You can’t ask for more with that low specs, considering the requirements for new games nowadays
If you’re asking whether you could play this game smoothly or not, the answer is nope. Even I am curious whether I can run this game smoothly in a R9 200 series GPU or not lel.
EDIT: What’s the integrated GPU in that laptop by the way?
Nobody knows how the ingame performance settings will work yet. Or even how it will be optimised because it hasnt happened yet.
Theres no way to tell how ToS will run on what and the currently released requirements are probably not final.
Hm. At first sight why not. But when you will enter in a crowded area (or at least your party with a Boss if front of you), your fps will drop to 30~40, I guess, but 60 fps seems really hard for your spec… Sorry.
I think you won’t necessarily have to play ToS at constant 60 fps, 30 fps will do. This is not an action game. Just watch some vids on youtube, people look fine grinding at 10-20 fps.

Will my video card and processor help the RAM so that i can play TOS on a good quality with good fps?
IMC said quite a while ago that their goal is to be able to play the game on a netbook. Don’t know if their plans have changed since then, but I wouldn’t worry too much about having to upgrade or anything yet. 
That’s a standard gaming laptop and you will be fine with that.
There is no need for 60 FPS in this game. Yeah, it might feel smoother, but trust me it can run well at 30 since it isnt fully 3D.
Imc said that they want optimized 60fps in lower specs. So maybe it works in CBT3 smoothly.

I wonder for mine too, my other game(s) have non-stop lagging while it’s the only program opened… ._.

Your laptop specs exceed the max requirements of the game. 
How ever it doesn’t say what specs you need to run 60fps. But I would have thought you are not far off from the target

i was testing it on a dell i7, 8gb ram, and a Graphics HD and it was not running smooth. the game is really performance hungry. probably the final version will be more performance optimized, but currently its a big NO.

@Gardosen I expected that, this laptop run painfully a simple game like Ori and the blind forest, so I have no illusion when ToS will be available, I’ll see if it will be playable or not.
Graphics HD? Do you mean Intel Graphics HD? They are are no way good enough for gaming. Onboard Intel HD graphics is a NO for sure.
Makiyuko has a Geforce 710m It should be enough.
