i’m now lvl 74 always been in Klaipeda then ppl started tell me i should go to orsha and do its quest. Problem is i don’t want to start from lvl 1 quests is there a way to take a Main quest near my lvl there to go on from there or is it all chained up?
They aren’t chained and appear as soon as you visit the first map of any quest line there.
Which story line Should i begin with then ? and where does it start?
I think it’s Leprassa’s Pond. North of Orsha.

Here are few quest lines. Pick any 1st map from those lines and visit it.
Koru Jungle -> Knidos Jungle -> Dadan Jungle -> Novaha Assembly Hall
Karolis Springs -> Letas Stream
Pelke Shrine Ruins -> Absenta Reservoir
Delmore Hamlet -> Delmore Manor -> Delmore Outskirts
