Since i haven’t played in closed Beta version with the keys being given out id like to know when ToS will be playable once again just to get to know when so i can stop having to check to see if there is a date on release? xD

You could try joining one of the active ToS-related fan groups.
They usually will post announcements on updates for Steam, so you’ll usually be notified there.
