Looks like Cataphracts are better against plate type enemies with high block and Fencers are better against leather type enemies that are weak against pierce.
The best anti-tank class still goes to Rodelero though IMO, that class has so many skills that do Strike damage and High Kick also makes enemies vulnerable to Strike damage.
Btw Cataphract skills have been updated - many of them have high AOE attack ratios, which means their skills hit a big area. Barbarian skills also have high AOE attack ratios too, Seism has an AOE attack ratio of 5 which is a huge area.
