Cataphract 3 (Trot for move speed and rush for spear spinning)
Swordsman 3 (Restrain makes target get stunned when you attack and works with skills like Rush).
The Dragoon that uses shield is probably peltasta 1 > Hoplite before cataphract, so he can use Guard to insane block chance.
Those are both main PvP builds: Swords 3 > Cata 3 > Dragoon and Sword > Peltasta > Hoplite > Cata 3 > Dragoon.
