What is camouflage? Do you mean the rogue skill, burrow? If so, then no. It only stops people from targeting you, but any ground-target or non-targetable auto attack ( swordie/cleric ) will still hit.
It’s the Scout skill that makes you hide in a barrel. And yes, it blocks all physical attacks and also Bleed and Poison, surprisingly.

coz bleed and poison are all physical dmg
I thought bleed and poison effects were magic dmg type o.o

Camouflage blocks all physical attacks, bleed, posion, RX7, AND KAMEHAMEHA.
You can also make funny videos with it 
I find it odd as well, and oh it crits as well, tested it out
