is it possible a level 60+ archers can do 1 hit dmg in all monster in lvl 50 dugeon chapel
even the boss they hit it in just 1 hit

You meant if is normal archers level 60+ 1 hit killing monsters in Tenet Chapel? if so probably the answer is yes, level 60 too high for that dungeon and archers have really heavy hitting skills.
Dungeon =/= from the Chapel you go doing quests, and @olracnomseyer i think its a bug on bosses, it happens too on bosses for questing, yesterday my cleric killed one of the quest bosses in 2 hits of healing.
