Planning on going C3 Paladin for OBT, shooting for enough dps to be able to solo, while still having enough support for parties.

This should suffice:
Build as a full str with a dash of con. Maybe up spr a bit if you have sp troubles. (shouldn’t happen to often with restoration tbh)
