I wanted to make a not-so-tanky Templar. I was thinking of maybe:
Swordsman > Pelt > Hoplite C3 > Cata > Templar
Swordsman > Pelt > Hoplite > Cata C3 > Templar
I was thinking which is better between Hop c3 and Cata C3. During CBT, I played Cleric and Mage skill tree so I don’t really have idea about the Swordsman class. And please don’t worry about the guild for now.
Do you have other better suggestion?

The added Movespeed is needed for you to command and get on tight spots quickly

as a pelt-hoplite-cata 3-templar myself, currently lv 241, i still get so much out of c1 hoplite, the extra AoE ratio from Finestra is nothing to scoff at, and i still use Stabbing a lot.
While the extra levels in Swash Buckling is decent for mobbing, you’d need alot of extra AoE atk ratio on gear to even hit all your targets.
Good for parties ofcourse, but i feel your skill rotations would be lacking

Do you think Pelt C2 is better than Peltc1 > hop c1? Probably to tank my guildies during woe without sacrificing dmg for solo leveling.
you can’t use 1H spear without taking hoplite, unless you want to swap weapons all the time between 2H spear and 1h sword+shield

you can reroll your char, stick to the build with weapon swap, or make another build
Its only level62, I’m just gonna make a new one instead.
I made a new one instead of swapping anytime I wanted to use a skill. Seem pretty hassle in PVPs
