C2 Peltesta or Highlander for dps doppelsoeldner build?

You gave up so much from Barb3 to pick up Peltasta in that build, that’s probably why people are going to disagree with you. Barb has been buffed so much it doesn’t really make much sense to not go it anymore… It killed other options.

I know that, my mistake I worded it wrong by saying crit damage (because I forgot what the stat was even called, critical attack) I did explain why yellow gems are so powerful. My first character was a HL1/Barb3/Doppel back when HL3 was superior oh how that’s changed.

Now the only options really are Rank 2’s choice between HL1 and Sw2. I think HL1 is better if you’re geared because restrain doesn’t do too much for you when you kill things so quickly or take little damage or does anything against bosses but as I said both are viable options that have their strengths.

Also who knows what stat changes in the future are going to bring too, +50% crit attack could be massive in the future when they buff strength or change stats.

What so hard to understand about the difference between manually getting the mobs and using swash to make 15 mobs come in your place. Dopples can give 200k per hit on cyclone even with pelt. Tons of ways to get damage and the utilities pelt give are too good to pass up.

Even top PVP TBL players in telsiai are using weapon switching in the middle of the match what more on PVE’s mob predictable movements.

I always see dopples farming in 315 mats, theyre just too slow to clear mobs and very inefficient at farming. x8 glass mole x15 stacks of DOV can hit 200k per hit on cyclone even with pelt build if you think youre lacking damage in bosses.

Err… that doesn’t look like sw2 has any uses in PvE. Wait, we’re talking about pve right?

1 whole circle just for a few seconds of pain barrier and a stun? I’m talking about purely pve here, btw.

By no means I don’t think SW2 and SW3 are mandatory, they are just good alternatives compared to peltasta, highlander, barbarian, and hoplite.
