After each new season ppl change into the newest meta.
But iunno, playing the new meta build every time a new patch comes out might not be too bad. Dont need to theorycraft anymore. Just play and respec every month.

I don’t think it’s going to be a full reset so there’s no changing to meta builds just fixing builds that went wrong with a circle.
well if the meta is not pigeonholed into a handful of builds, why would it matter? the problem is class balancing, not the availability of resets.
