I was wondering is it possible to get two of the same founders pack? Because I already have one character which activated the EA1 and i created a new character and wanted the benefits of it. Is it possible if someone sends me a EA1 Founders pack as a gift and will I be able to use it on my other character?
It’s not possible since the EA packs are considered as DLC in steam. Which means you cannot stack them.

and try Gifted Founder 2 pack by using friends account to give it
Its not showing In game, Steam also display only 1 DLC is purchased

What about 2 different packs? (i mean exclusive access 1 and 2 for example)
It was 2 diffrent pack (2 and 3)

I just baught second (different!) EA pack, and this is anwser from dev team:
"Hi, Evgeniy.
Yes, you’ll receive all the bonus items from the Exclusive Access 1 pack since you haven’t purchased one already.
The only restriction on the DLC products is that you can only buy one of each. You’re free to purchase all three and you’ll get all the items that come with each pack.
