hi, I just bought TP (South- East Asia) from the steam wallet about 1 hour ago. But I haven’t received any message from the message box. I kept log out and log in but still can’t received any TP. The steam already deduct my steam wallet. Does anyone have the same situation with me ? What can I do? Thanks.

Hi. this is my first time to buy TP, and I just don’t know how to send you guys a support ticket. I did try to click SUPPORT button … then click SUBMIT TICKET. However, when I click"submit ticket" its automatically go to the other website https://treeofsavior.com/event/crystalrootlottree/. Please tell me how to submit my information to you. I wish my problem can solve as soon as possible. Thank you!
After paying for the steam money, you still need to authorize the ToS TP purchase in Steam.
I did. And they did say that I need to ask TOS, as they already finish their part. Thanks for replying me.
Not exactly sure but since I never buy tp myself.
Is there not a TP button once you are logged on your guy ? isn’t there you should get your tp ? (The big yellow button aside of map unless you got the addon to hide it.)
