I had a break for more than 1 year and just restarted the game with a friend. He wants to get stuff from the Store, but its not possible for him to buy TP and none of the currently available “dlc packs” even contains TP …
is there any way for him to get on tp at all? did something chance during the past year or is the shop seriously still that … uhm… bad?

Why is it not possible for him to buy TP ? If he wants TP he needs to buy bundles (depending on which server he plays on), not DLC packs.
Its on the Store Page for Tree of Savior, not on the DLC page for Tree of Savior
I didnt know that this exists, since I stopped playing 1 year ago and couldnt find anything that fast
