I made a purchase of TP by steam, I used the money I had in my steam wallet. I made the purchase on Sunday, July 2nd. I have not received it so far. I already created 2 tickets and no response from the company. Is the company down? this is normal??

Also try typing in /retrieveAllItems
Use a capital A and capital I in the command…sometimes this works also.
If this doesn’t work, send her a pm here in forums

You can also try to contact Steam and get that purchase refunded, explaining them how IMC is not delivering your virtual items
