Well I just buy 100 Tp from steam on the SA Server and am from NA, just asking if someone know how much does it take for me to get what I bought, or its a general problem.
once you go to the TP menu in game (the bright gold button by the minimap) it should immediately reply. Some people have had to wait in game for a while, but I just bought mine and it worked instantly about an hour ago.
Clarify one thing for me.
You play on NA, but you bought a TP for SA?

TP bundles are server specific. you probably bought SA because the price was cheaper (or fair in your country) however you never going to get your TP in your NA server because what you bought its TP for SA server. so most likely all your TP you bought its already in Silute.
i dont know how the refund policy work in this case i guess as long you dont have “transfered” the TP from the TP menu to your inventory i guess you can refund it (but im probably wrong so someone who can correct this can clarify us a little?).
yeah it sucks but its what happen when IMC believes all brasil = Latin players. im from mexico and i cant play in silute due i get high ping there and if i have to choose between english and portuguese i prefeer english because at least i understand that language.
If you bought TP for other servers and youre from a different server you wouldnt be able to transfer the TP from SA to NA, basically youre ■■■■■■, even if you send a ticket to IMC all they would say is theres nothing they could do to help you, in which they are right, they have been plastering it every where to make sure that you purchase TP for the Servers you want to play at.
on that note, I did make the same mistake (lol), and you could ask for a refund from Steam, they responded fast and I was able to refund money within 24 hours
Steam has a 2day refund policy, at least here in Germany. I don’t know how it is over there in the USA.
As far as I know, he can.
But only if he hasn’t retrieved the TP, and I believe that this did not happen.
If I’m not mistaken, the FAQ covers this point.
Edit: I didn’t find it in the FAQ, but there must be some info about it. If not, sending a ticket is the only way to hear about it.
By the way. @STAFF_Amy @STAFF_Max can help OP too, if he can’t find a solution.
