Buy points in the steam store and do not appear in the game, someone to help me

Questions:
Did you buy TP for the right server (the server you play in)? (Notice that each pack will have NA, SA, SEA, EU, according to the region you are planning to buy)
Is the TP pack not in the retrieve TP tab? (The golden-ish button at the left side of the map, which has a “TP” written inside; after clicking on it, you should be able to find the packs available to be retrieved, if you picked the right server)
