I can’t buy it again to the same account!

Is it possible that I can buy it on another steam account and send it as a gift to my steam account account?

I want to reset another char on my account and now I can’t

It is limited to 1, as it is DLC. This is covered in their original announcement of the DLC packs, it should also be noted in the DLC packs themselves as well, it is a limitation of Steam.

Ask your friend to purchase as a gift, maybe help.

I try buy it as a gift but I get this message:
already owns Tree of Savior - Reset Pack for SEA Servers

Is the there a reason they only want people to buy it 1 time for the account?

So the answer is you can only buy it 1 time and you cant send it as a gift!

Only one DLC can be purchased and redeemed per Steam account. I believe this is true not only for TOS but for other games on Steam as well…

Well. I did manage to buy 2 of these (for server [SA]Silute) into the same account, but I only recieved the content the first time. I’ve send a ticket to try to solve this problem. This is a huge problem because I can’t refund it on steam, and I’ve payed to something that I didn’t recieved.
