Burial ground itinerant?

Hey, was wondering if anyone knows how to complete this achievement. Can’t find any info.

Criteria: “Complete the Owl Burial Ground Quest” .

Yap…“the” quest…needless to say I’ve (as , likely , most of you have) completed every available quest on that map.

If I recall correctly, it has to be Lv99+ and a stat having 100 or more BASE stats.
So armor with stat points won’t work.
