I purchased the 300 bundle which gives me 10 extra so 310 total. I went in game and clicked the big tp icon and clicked enable but it didn’t get added to the total TP count. I contacted the steam support but no answer.
Check if you only added the money to your steam wallet and not confirmed the purchase of the bundle. It’s happened to me a couple of times before.

But my balance on Steam disappeared after I bought. Within the game I received the 310Tp’s the TP button, only that when clicked to pick up they did not get anything and they are gone.

Sometimes there’s delay of receiving TP. You should try and stay logged on so it can be correctly directed to your account. Just make sure to check your TP wallet frequently and hopefully it’ll turn up.

Hi Max I have the same problem with ifranca1992. I bought TP bundle 300tp and I logged in game, clicked use, nothing happended

Yes resolved, as they had told me before, I needed to be logged in the game because sometimes comes a delay. But I spent the morning sending ticket and not let online. I decided to log into the character where I had tried to get the TPs and let online and went to do something else. When I returned the little window of TP I left open had closed and had been the message I had received it.
