Bug Description :
Bullet Marker’s Tracer Bullet Attribute, Precision Shot, does not provide the Critical Rate buff

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Acquire Tracer Bullet
  2. Purchase Attribute
  3. Activate Tracer Bullet
