Bullet Makers "Smash Bullet skill" is and is not Bleeding

Bug Description :I equiped my Bullet maker with 3 “Prison Cutter Cards” lvl 10, but their card effects was not working on emeies affected with Smash Bullets dot, and when you read description of debuff it says “bleeding” but damage is not increasing.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Hit enemy with something
  2. apply Smash Bullets Bleeding
  3. Hit again and check that the damage didnt increase

Well, the debuff is “Smash Bullet”, not “Bleeding”. Btw, even if it worked, why would you use triple prison cutter with only one skill (single target too) capable of applying a bleed?

Because combining 3 Prison Cutter with 3 Rajapearls requires a superior intellect, apparently.

This happen too with the musketeer skill headshot, the bleeding from this skill is supposed a “bleeding” but don’t proc prison cutter card effect X_x

I guess it’s because the debuff’s level.

Smash Bullet’s debuff is literally called “Smash Bullet” with “Bleeding.” as a description. It’s not “Bleeding”. Not even Wound subtype.

Actually, that makes no sense, Just tested this card with highlanders Bleeding, which has a description equal to Bullet Maker, and turns out the card works with Crosscuts bleeding.
So what you’re saying that it is not a bleeding, then Crosscut shouldnt be bleeding.

Can you or someone list some spells that actually bleed/proc prison cutter? So we can understand better what ties those spells together.
