Made a few changes based on what people said and also changed rank7 from Templar to Corsair, was it a good change?

well i can say this right off the bat, leave Guardian at level 1, max Swashbuckling, Langort and Umbo Thrust, and you should consider getting 1 level in Arrest too, its a great cc for PvP and it also works on bosses, but its mostly for pvp.
Oh, and Concentrate has terrible scaling, if you gotta pick either Gung Ho or Concentrate, go with Gung Ho, its less bursty, but you deal more damage over time.
should have some point on Arrest it’s good skill
either max repair or max weapon mainteance, save the points for arrest 
you can’t have both skills (services) activate at once
