I have question in the topic that is build SW2/Pel1/Cata3/dragoon1 work for pvp/gvg or not . I think I go to pel1 to get more block and provoke monster. who have any suggestion ? I interest in pvp / gvg with cataphart.

If anything, u should go sw1>pel1>sw2 for easier leveling (swash buckling increase grinding speed).
from my experience with sword2, the stun is still effective in interrupting opponent, just not in a stun lock way. However even without the stun lock, people just want to jump out of it in pvp because it is just f-ing annoying to deal with; end up with the same result really.
I believe u can jump out of restrain 3 as well, because of the 1 sec cool down between each restrain stun. However, I can’t confirm this.

Thank you for your suggestion . I am very surprise about skill gem,but I have a little question . The skill gem can add+1 lv of skill right? If i have the skill at max lv this gem can affect with lv of skill or not (Maxlv+1)?

for majority of skills, it does push pass the limit. Like lv6 or lv16.
however, there are many skills that doesn’t push pass limit. Those skills usually don’t have a gem, but with so many class and so many skills, i can’t say for certain.
anyway, with the gem, ur restrain will be lv6. lv7 if someone use divine might on u.
Also, u shouldnt use monster gem until u get ur end game gear. It got one use, and then stuck on that gear or be destroyed when u try to remove it.
