Do you want an archer whom specialize in AOE, single target, et, low level dungeon farming.
Auto attack or skills based class
i think AOE is the best for fast leveling? so i guess that
also go full Dex or?

aoe, then? qs3>wugu3 or qs3>scout>rogue>cannoneer2 (i’m going for this one, though you may go falconeer instead of scout for pve if you want, i wouldnt), you probably would like qs3>rogue>sr3. Ps: you gonna like quarrelshooter only when you get running shot, save some points to max it.
you should check the build you want in action before though, even if it isnt properly aoe build, ranger3>scout>rogue>musketeer seems fun, and we have the case of falconeer+mount skills not working.
Yeah… about stats… you can basically skip dex if you go rogue or wugushi3, and i dont think we even have a build full dex for archer (rogue give you evasion, crit chance and accuracy, though evasion its not really that important)
I think… You need to learn a basic of archer before ask about build.
