Here is my build so far, the original plan was to go Necromancer C2, but I heard a few negative things about the class. 100% going Necro C1, the rest of the build before there is 100% final also.

I’ve been contemplating this kind of build, and personally if it was me, I’d say might as well take necromancer c2, the skeletons might not be perfect, but you’ll benefit a lot from the kino’s interrupting enemies, the skeletons provide extra damage while you keep them in your kino’s skills.
The con is that they don’t deall all that much damage, in the long run, and since you already have cc, they won’t serve that much to take away enemies from you. They’re not that bad though, I’ve seen some videos where they’re pretty useful.
Warlock might be a bit better for bosses, since skels die easy, you can use dmg skills besides the shards,… and gain another dmg skill that interrupts actions, so that’s not bad. That’s the major con for c2 necro, I think…
