druid is better for pvp due to the extra dmg and the op cc
For this comp it would be Pardoner. Theres a youtube video describing the benifits of a very similar build, came out a month ago.

Same, was also thinking Oracle. The nullification on magic attacks and fields that don’t have HP is pretty good, especially considering the biggest threat in PvP atm is from magic classes.
Prophecy might not do much though, considering you have PD. There are a few relevant rank 2 debuffs, so it’s best to rely on PD and leave Prophecy either with no levels, or for PvM only.
You need to rotate both as BD has a 40(?)s downtime in battle league.

How come, though? lv5 Bloodletting is only 5sec downtime iirc, and you can easily cover that with lv1 Beak Mask, no?
bloodletting in league was nerfed down to 25 + 1s per skill lvl and 80s cooldown
