Build advice for sw>pelt>hop2>corsair3>murmillo

Hello there I was wondering if I could get some advice for this build , I am not changing the class ranks and I already have gear and stats figured out for this character. If you are able to I’d like advice and input on the diffrent skill Interactions that are available in this skill build.

Main purpose is corsair3 for pillage so that I can farm materials with my party. After that my main idea was to stack debuffs with headbutt and spear lunge and use Synchro thrusting for some nice burst damage. Because of the murmillo attribute giving 280% to the damage.

Other than that are there other skill Interactions that this skill build has that I am missing? This is the first time I’m playing a swordy so anything, even the basics are appreciated.

So far I know pillage has more chances based on multihit, and it also boosts missle damage from pistol shot. Also I heard pistol shot can be boosted with spear lunge? I’ll need confirmation on that.

This build is rarely to use pistol and other corsair’s skill because your helmet gone when swap to pistol.

Ohhhhhh…I didn’t know that so the helmet gets removed when you swap to pistol? That doesn’t seem right. Also I didn’t expect to hear from you directly haha I prolly should have just asked you directly but yea. @Lymsleia how does this build fare in PvE ? Are you able to take down bosses reletively easily? And how real is the synchro thrusting? I would expect it to deal decent damage after the attribute and the debuffs.

Are you certain it’s not cosmetic? I know that when I play on my murmnobi and I switch between zega spear/maga spear the helmet disappears but I keep the buff.

So for pve you think it’s better this build or something like hop3 corsair3? For spear throw? Seems like a lot of weapon management just to go through your skill rotation.

pistol will remove your helmet for sure not only cosmetic because Cassis Crista skill not compatible with pistol but dagger is fine.

With this build u will see that so sick to swap weapon sw-pis to sw-shd it take 1-2s to swap weapon in case ur ping is so high it will take 4-5s or misclick it will become worse… This build will confuse player and decrease ur dps. Also murmillo helmet will disapear when u swap weapon. Ur build isnt suitable for pvp-pve atm.

To be honest wepon swapping isn’t a problem for me, I play a qs3-sr2-hakkapelle and I swap between pistol and revolver quite often. My only problem is I don’t know if this build is legit for PvE or if i need to make another Corsair build. I really like murmillo as a class so I would like to keep it but I’ve never made one before much less with hoplite in it I stead of peltasta so I have no experience.
