Everytime I start the launcher, it just stay black with the Tree of Savior logo on it, but without any other button or bar.

I tried reinstalling the game and repairing it through Steam. When I try to repair the game, it shows that there are 12 files that were wrong and that it is going to download them again. After I do this and launch the game, same problem, black screen with ToS logo. And when I try to repair it again it shows the same problem with the files.

Does anybody has a similar problem? I already tried to run it on admin too and it didn’t work either.

Pls help =/

Yes have the same problem, we also noticed that the hotfix, or suggestions that came from IMC doesnt work on all computers when applied depending on the OS you have, so sadly some of my friends can play and other can’t, they’re on the verge of quitting because of DLC products running and they cant even use it.

Also don’t forget why they call themselves IMC after so many problems persisting?

Same pb for me. But i have 22 files with problem.

I can play but i can’t see my character’s hair and head. I’ve just bought the curly hair at TP shop.

Can’t do dj because nobody in game + cut scene bug when i play with friends + can’t use my new TP hair = SO SAD !!!

@tanguy.vargas. what Operating System are you using. i may have experienced that problem before. i was using windows 10 in my laptop. try resizing the main.bmp (steam/steamapps/common/treeofsavior/release/patch) into 1150x800.
