Bugs with Collection Decks and Skills Information

Hello i need some help with my acc:

1. I can’t see skills information
2. I can’t complete collections: Yes i activated and registered the collections

All my characters… “iCreep” “Stinky”

@mig_elo if you’re using addons called advanced skill tooltips and enhanced collection, try uninstalling them.
