Bugged Quest (Novaha Istitute, Rescue Rose/ Destroy the Mind Control Crystals)

Bug Description :
I tryed to make the Rescue Rose quest in the Novaha Institute, when I reach the “Destroy the Mind Control Crystals 0/5” I can destroy 4 Crystals but there is the 5., wich didnt react, I can’t click on it, or interact with it. Tryed in both mouse or keyboard mode. Tryed to delete and retake the quest, updated and veryfied the game files, its bugged allways at the same Crystal.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Click on the last crystal to destroy it.

Same issue, cant advance the quest without that crystal, and the crystal is unclickable

You can actually use keyboard mode to interact with the last crystal by approaching 5th crystal from upper side and move in the crystal until you are blend in, an interact icon will appear under the crystal then voila.
