I have waited multiple sessions for 3 days

Bug Description :
Spirit did not appear on light spot for miko quest at Pelke Shrine Runes after waiting for 3 different days for multiple of more than 1 hrs. There are 2 sessions(I think both of then ch 2 or one of them) on 27th and 28th June each which i waited for 2 hrs and nothing happened. There is also a session(in ch 1) where i waited from 1am to 7:51am and nothing happened as I was writing this bug report. I did swap to different channels to wait for different sessions.
