When I changed the map the game hung up and returned to the character exchange screen, after that I can not log my archer anymore, the other characters log in normally but the archer appears a Comander Load Fail error. And it turns me off from the game.
Need help :’(
is no help, if you are commander load failed on a map with 1 channel you are perma locked out until after maintenance, period
