Bug Description :
World map display is not always correctly updated when switching or creating characters,
Try creating a new char, switching to an existing character and switching back to the new character.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Have an existing character who can see the whole map
- Log in with the character
- Check the world map
- Create a new character
- Check the world map
- Switch to previous character
- Check the world map
