Hello! First, im sorry for my bad english. Today im logged of the game and take my rank reset cards, but an error ocurred: I received only 5 rank reset cards and one class card! My rank before of the change was 6 with class 10 (Archer c2-Sapper c3-Falconer c1) and i changed to Rogue. At this point, fine! But I received only 5 rank reset cards and the class card of rank 6! When i try use the class card, the message “Can only be used at rank 6. Your current rank is Rank 5” appears. I search for my rank 6 card, but its not here! I try many times, all the things and nothing worked for me! I do logout, loggin, close the game and open again, i speak with the Rogue Master for changed my rank manually, but i cant. The button “Advanced class” not appear. I dont know what i do. What happened with my card and what can I do?
Update: Im a optimist person, so… Today I try take others rank reset cards in the npc, but i cant because i still have the class card and this cannot be used or discarded. Help, please! 
Before the reset i was archer c2, sapper c3, falconer c1. (With class level 10)
After the reset: archer c1, qs c3, rogue c1. (With class level 1!! Dont have a button of the advanced class!)
