Bug with "Helping Hand" Quest at Bellai rainforest

Hi everyone
During the quest “helping hand” at Bellai Rainforest I have to collect 6 herbs, but when i have to deliver them to druid leja the quest becomes endless because at this step Leja wont talk to my character, so I can’t finish the quest at this last step
When i try to talk regardless the bug, i have the “neutrality buff” below my health, but the quest still wont end

Same here.
I tried verifying the integrity of the game cache as well. Still doesn’t work.
I also uninstalled all add-ons, and lower graphics to the minimum in case it was because of lag.
I watched a video of this quest. It seems its meant to end after you pick the 6th herb. You don’t actually have to talk to her to finish it.
