[Bug] Why the skill "Create shoggoth" doesn work?

Bug Description :
I was start playing dungeon lvl. 170 with my necromancer C2. All my skills works but when i want used the “create shoggoth” the effects was ok but the summon never appear. I would like some help. Even I recorded.
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. I used the skill “Create Shoggoth”
2. Effects of the skill appear
3. Finally when the summon have to appear it doesnt happen
4. The other skill still working normally.

Do you have an Animal/Plant/Mutant type mob in your Necronomicon tab? It’ll be in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. It should have that star icon on your screenshot.
