Bug - Where you Speed like a demon instead of walking

(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :Though reproducing the issue is almost close to impossible

  1. After beating the boss, after activating the Crystal pillar at Mine F3
  2. Walk into the hidden area of the Crystal Lot
  3. Die to the Lv 102 mob that would be there and waiting and kill you. (i lost 10 gems by doing this, i was curious to see if there were more treasure chests, but instead i died to a lvl 102 and lost all my different 10 gems :<)
  4. Walk back to the same place, with full health to try and see if i can scavenge the gems that ive dropped
  5. Put on Reflect Shield?!??! to try and see if i can at least hope to tank lv102 boss camping where u spawn and change map of that crystal lot.
  6. Walk into the hidden area of the Crystal Lot 2 - 1F (Lv102)

I also got fast running/walking speeds sometimes during boss intro cut-scenes, I recall some boss scenes allow you to control your movement, but it becomes very weird and fast.

I also did the same thing, when i go into the lvl 102 area, there was a monster infront of me and insta kill me, when i’m revived, i press backspace to tele back my quest npc and ended up in town with the demonspeed bug too. I did a short recording of the effect.

I’ve had this bug show up a couple of times as well. Usually after the server kicks me to character select and I log back in. There are no mobs on the map and I can’t change zones but it sure looks silly zooming all over the place.

Exiting back to character select usually fixes the issue.
