Since the new December 27th patch i started having this problem.
I had a list of more than 40 items i had not retrieved, among of them gems level 7 green, yellow, red, a lot of pots lv15 i bought when nice price come out, farm cards, etc etc…
well after the patch i tried to retrieve some of them to craft items, but i got insted this message
Need your support since i love this game but this bug its taking so much important items for me, pls help urgent.

Bug Description :
I just want to retrieved some items i bought pots lv15 to start grinding
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- I went to market and only saw an item able to retrieve
- I clicked on retreived all items but my most important items as gems, pots, receipes are gone. Im sure u guys should have a way to prove what im saying its true and im not takin advantage of this problem
- I place items to sell and seems everything is normal again
- Could not even see the items i had before this problem
