[BUG] [SILUTE] Stuck on Loading Screen after maintenance

Bug Description : I tried to connected after the update with my SR, and got stuck on loading screen, so I decided to switch character and try to connect again. My peltasta seemed ok, I could connect but got stuck on loading screen again when I entered the request center crystal mine, aparently I lost one of my entry’s cause I couldn’t see anything on screen and had to force game to close. I’ll attach a video to show what is happening.
Sorry about my english, it is not my main language but I hope you all can understand what I told.
Please, fix those bugs ASAP, im tired of facing issues with TOS x_x

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Log In (if you’re lucky you will pass loading screen, probably not)
2. Use any warp, try to switch channels or enter maps
3. Get stuck on loading screen
4. Lay down and cry.

help meeeeeeeeeee i got the same bug he got pls already tryed to repair the game on steam but nothing ;x

Same thing here, i was entering dungeon to farm silver and this happened. Had to close the game and lost my run -_- You can move the mouse around, hear sounds, skill bar and game menu still works, but the image is frozen on the loading screen forever

I’m sure there’s a lot of other players with the same issue

Maybe its something with Windows 10, which Operational System do u use?

Still Happening Here
The only way around that i found is to close the game and try to enter a different Channel

I know other people that are having the same issue.

Additional info: Initially the char entered, I was in fedimian, but when I warped to klaipeda the issue happened. Now it doesn’t enter anymore.

Looks like only Silute - SA is facing this issue, I connected on other servers and everything went fine. I’m starting to think that IMC don’t care about SA players :’(

Almost half hour and no fix yet?
Way to go. What else to expect from IMC.
Close the server and do a emergency maintenance f-heads.
