Bug Description : I was looking at my class and I decided to only reset the rank to test a build so I was reseta today I spoke with the npc Reset Helper Kupole I received the three item and I used the rank reset voucher I was without the equipments all right but when I was using the letters of Rank I did not receive the rank card 5 I missed this letter I am rank 6 with 10 of job and now I got the rank card 6 says that I can not use due to rank 5 but I did not receive this letter I gave a bug and now I am rank 5 with job 1

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. I was rank 6 with job 10 now I am rank 5 with job 1

  2. Missed a letter
