Bug Description :
using Nak Muay class skill Sok Chiang on an enemy SHOULD give enemy Bleeding debuff.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- pick Nak Muay class
- use Sok Chiang skill on enemy
- Sok Chiang should give enemy Bleeding Debuff
- but instead it gives the wrong debuff which is Slow movement speed
