Not sure if it’s a bug or the information on the page is outdated but this is what happened today when i was re-downloading the game because of the IPF error.
After uninstalling the game and removing manually the game folder on Steam folder i had gone to my library and started the game installation process which came with the following window:
As you can see (gonna translate here and don’t look too much into my english lol), the “Espaço em disco necessário” means Necessary disk space which on the Steam shop page says the game required space is 8GB:
For me is not really that of a problem, but for others who have less space on a slave drive or even on the system drive can be an issue for not being able to install the game, i will confirm the game size after i finish the download and update this report.

The size is as spected since the game will be increasing in size by time, but the 23GB on the first install window is a bit overkill for now.
