Bug Quest ''Recurrence Prevention''

Bug Description :
Lanaldas ordered to burn lab equipments. The problem is that it should be burned 5 lab equipments in each place, but it only has 4 labs equipment in places.

im having same issue, only 4 equipments instead of 5 please fix this. . .

Same here impossible to complete, only 4 equipment. The last one is invisible and we cant interact with it.

(I tried to use other input method as refered in other subject but none worked)

Edit: Abandoning the quest for now as it clogs up my quest “In Progress” list.

Same issue here,i see a lot of people with this problem and no fix after 2 patchs? What are you doing,IMC? Hope they fix it soon :'3

Was playing on Fedimian(EU) today, and encountered this bug myself. Can confirm that switching between mouse/keyboard doesn’t work, changing channels and abandon/retart quest also doesn’t solve the problem. The 5th thing just will not spawn (only shadow of it), preventing whole quest to be completed. Please fix this asap, thanks.
